Say your prayers for this big guy, he is in a 3 hour invasive, full body stem cell makeover (makes my stem cell facial look like a walk in the park- posted on my story). He will be posting all the details / procedure videos / recovery / info on his page and story. He does have to take a few weeks off from the gym so get ready for all the knowledge posts that’ll be coming your way in place of his training videos. I’m selfishly very excited because that means he will be training me 😹😹😹

The sweetest girl ever came up to me while shopping and told me she she loved my delts 😻😻 She was asking the best tips for growing your shoulders- REPS!! We move our shoulders all day and it takes a lot of exhaust the muscle. I have found high volume workouts will absolutely change the shape and appearance of your shoulders. I use APPROPRIATE weight for my workouts (it is not heavy nor is it light, it’s appropriate for the reps and sets of the workout). You should struggle at the 80% mark of your reps, so rep 8 of 10- wow, such math sarah

The sweetest girl ever came up to me while shopping and told me she she loved my delts 😻😻 She was asking the best tips for growing your shoulders- REPS!! 10th time to Vegas and I can safely say this is the first time I’ve ever been cold 😹 We are here celebrating our birthdays, Valentine’s Day, and a huge milestone for @bowmar_nutrition! Can’t wait to see Ka tonight, it’s the last of our cirque shows in Vegas we need to see! Vegas also holds such a special place in our hearts- we got engaged here during the Olympia

Y’all know I follow my 80/20 rule, especially in Vegas. Some of the best food in the world is here and I certainly do not limit myself. Do I gorge? No. But I do enjoy. Whenever we are here we always fast until about 2-3pm. This helps save on calories and money! We also will do 2 BN shakes and then 1-2 larger meals out to eat. We always lift in the late morning so our pre workout (caffeine) helps curb any hunger until post workout when it’s time for a shake. This trip its blueberry cheesecake 😻😻😻
