This industry is tough for women
I am accused of using illegal drugs about 3-5 times a week. Spoiler alert- I don’t. It’s almost a compliment but it’s more of an insult. I have nothing against PEDs (performance enhancing drugs). It’s your body, your choice. If you’re a fitness coach and you’re not being honest about your PED use and selling programs- that’s a problem. If you’re a prep coach and recommending your clients take PEDs- that’s a problem. If you’re a follower and like to accuse others of taking PEDs- that’s a problem

I have been lifting since 2013. Didn’t really know what I was doing till the end of 2014. I’ve always been a small person. Which makes adding muscle mass that much more difficult. For a natural female- it’s not unheard of to gain 1/2 - 1lb of muscle per month. Obviously that growth can’t happen forever. I am very happy with how lean my body is right now- it helps show off the cuts in my muscle. Being 140lbs and 15% BF compared to 140lbs and 20% BF will result in a much different look. Being leaner gives the appearance that your muscles are larger simple because you can see them better

As a side note- lifting abs won’t guarantee you will see your abs if there’s too much body fat covering them. Same with cuts in your arms. Same with a hamstring tie in. Wanna lose body fat? Eat less than you burn 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
