Body Update, this is my body that I’ve worked on and yes I’m proud of it. Some may say it’s not muscular enough, some may say it’s too muscly.... either way what matters the most is what you personally think of you. 
Fitness and health as my therapy, my support system and my place that I know will never let me down. There are days I train hard, there are days I want to sit on the sofa with a pizzzzaaa! There are days I’m eating all the nutritional food you can imagine and there are some days your girl just needs a 🍩! Fitness is a lifestyle it’s not a quick fix. 
Be so proud of your accomplishments. Be so proud of the insane achievement you’ve made and will continue to make. There is no high without a low.

I always divide my upper body days into two: push and pull day. Essentially a pull day is combined of back exercises, biceps and any type of pulling motion. This helps me combine different muscle groups into one day which saves time! 💅🏽All the Tone and sculpt app girlies will know!

Honestly you gotta give these exercises a go!

METHOD:

1️⃣ COMPLEX: assisted wide grip pull up 10 reps into closed grip inverted pull up 10 reps 4 sets 
2️⃣ Seated Bicep Curls: all the way down stretch at the bottom before contracting back up! 20 reps 3 Sets 
3️⃣ Single Arm Row: 12 Reps 4 Sets each leg 
4️⃣ Aussie Pull ups: a great way to practice until you are able to do a pull up on your own! 10 reps 4 sets 
SONG: Beyoncé don’t hurt yourself

There is nothing more beautiful than when a man or woman shows vulnerability. As I take this picture bare faced and if anything feeling helpless... feeling terrified at the thought of even posting this picture for the world to see. I stop and rethink my decision and decide to post it LOUD AND PROUD! I wear make up because if makes me feel good not because I have to, I use filters because heck why not but I do not have to. What I’m trying to say is... here I am raw, bare faced and completely transparent and it’s never ever felt better!

My skin will get better! But for now SKIN DOES NOT DEFINE ME NOR DOES IT DEFINE YOU! Your heart does.

1️⃣ Front Raise Thumb Down: the best Rio I can give you when it comes to any front raise or side raise exercises is to keep your chest upright and proud. When lifting the weight up contract at the top by stretching your shoulders (imagine someone is pulling the weight from you) 12 Reps 4 Sets

2️⃣ COMPLEX: Press into a Rotator, a little complex like this is an amazing way to get two things done at once especially if you’re in a rush! 10 Reps 4 Sets

3️⃣ Two Angled Presses into Two Neutral Presses this will be one rep: 5 Reps 3 Sets

4️⃣ Rear Delt Fly: 12 Reps 3 Sets Each Arm

1️⃣ Sumo Deadlifts: by doing these on the smith machine it adds a whole lot more resistance so definitely lower the weight. 10 reps 3 sets 
2️⃣ Front Static Lunge: try and go as low as you can it will intensify the exercise. 12 reps 3 sets each leg 
3️⃣ Sumo Squat: perfect for your inner thighs! 10 reps 3 Sets 
4️⃣ Narrow Stance Squat: 10 reps 3 Sets
