•bench press
•DB incline flies
•DB incline chest press
•seated DB curl
•overhead DB extension

welp, royally screwed up when i walked into the gym at 8:30 last night not realizing it closed at 9🤦🏼‍♀️ so the legs & calves @pwrbld_official workout that i was so excited to do had to be put off until today🙃.

•back squats (low bar technically but my bar wasn’t very low😤)
•front squats
•leg extension ( #weaksauce & working on my form)
•leg press
•calf raise on leg press.

i was, however, happy that i got to try out the new Maxx in Trexlertown🤩 there is a good chance i will be joining soon. i hope everyone’s having a good Saturday and if you’re in the Lehigh valley, i hope you’re staying warm 🥶 oh and my top and leggings are @kefiusa 😍

i rarely do abs and when i do i try to switch it up because i tend to lose interest🙃 try these to not only work your core but to strengthen stabilizer muscles and improve your balance as well🤗.
