6 months postpartum and I just decided to stop using "I'm a mom" as an excuse to stay out the gym. I'm having a difficult time with the cable machine already! Even at the lowest setting the weights seem to be almost sweeping my leg out from under me nor to mention crashing down and gaining unwanted attention at the gym... Maybe I'm not standing far enough from the machine to keep the weight from touching? I don't want to give up but I also don't want to be penalized for misusing equipment 😂🙄🤔
